Shipping policy

We strive to make you happy so we will do our best to get the shipment out as soon as possible! Please email for special requests. 

Currently we are only shipping in the United States. Stay tuned for International shipping in the future!

If the order is placed by 3pm Pacific Time we ship that same day, if not the order will be shipped the following day.

Returns and exchanges

We stand behind our products 100%, and work with the best manufacturers in Turkey to produce the highest quality textiles that will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In that case, please contact our Customer Service team at info@theloomshop.com.

(Note: Please be aware that most LOOM items are hand-loomed, meaning occasional variances in color-way and size may occur, along with other loom inconsistencies. This is normal and to be expected with the nature of hand-made, loomed products.)

Final Sale, Moving Sale, and Liquidation Sale items adhere to our no returns, no exchange policy.Inventory reduction/clearance items are final sale. Slight imperfections may apply. Do not purchase if you expect 100% LOOM quality. 

To return an item, please send the unused items with the packing slip, and return, or exchange instructions to the below address. Refunds for eligible returned merchandise will be processed within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.

Items returned unused/ unwashed within 14 days, eligible for a full refund.Items are not illegible for any LOOM return policies after 14 days without manager approval.Items returned to LOOM without store manager approval after 14 days, are not eligible for refunds.
